Appointements it was at 11:am and the guy arrived at office at 3:30 pm
Andre DNice guy but caused a lot of issues. A lot of errors in the data entry. Made us meet him a day early (though he gave an extra day for free, but we didn’t need it). Put my personal address as the drop off location address on the contract. Took an hour and a half to process everything. Charged us extra for tow dolly (no combination discount) and had to call uhaul to refund it. Tow dolly had broken light when he gave it to us but we didn’t have time to change it.
