Aside from the wifi issue (the wifi went out when I arrived to pick up the van), the staff members were professional and share all the information I needed for bring the van back to the drop-off location.

Both Locations were helpful. But when I called customer service over the phone at +[redacted]8 to change drop off location I had the worst experience ever!!! They need to be more empathetic.
