I'm frustrated by the system in place for the hold on the account. My account is still showing a hold from UPS when we put the final bill on my boyfriends credit card. I would like that removed immediately.

I reserved a truck 1/4 mile from my location and ended up traveling 10 miles to another location in order to get A truck - not the truck I ordered. Wrong size, different location, not happy.

The employees did not have the experience necessary to run this station. I had to help them through the process (even by turning on the PC). It took us 20 minutes extra (even though I did the early check-in) just to get the truck because they were not sure how to fill out the information. I will never use this location again.

Better software and better training for the employees on the software. It took us nearly 40 minutes to get through the entire process, and had to restart several times over.

I wouldn't say this location was exactly inviting. The attendant was suspicious of pre existing dings on the side of the truck and thought I was trying to get out of filling the truck because the Guage didnt show a complete fill. He made me re-run my card again for a mere 5 cents. I felt the entire time that he was willing at a drop of a hat to accuse me of some kind of damage or trying to rip him of somehow. And he almost seemed annoyed that I didn't have to pay any extra charges. Weird experience there.

Also good service, maybe there should be a separate employee to take care of UHaul transactions so that the gas station woman doesn't have to do that along with all the other things she has to do (man the counter, clean the store, turn on the pumps, answer the phone, etc).

It's just a gas station convenience store where the person at the counter doesn't know anything and doesn't speak English clearly

This was a terrible experience - gas station operator didn't know how to do paperwork, print out papers, hook up trailer. We had to ask someone getting gas to help us hook it up. In the end, when I returned it, I was told it was hooked up poorly/dangerously. This attendant could have cost me my life or others as well.

The woman at the register didn't know how to use the computer. I had to call u-haul myself to actually complete the necessary process with their traffic division in Connecticut. It took 40 minutes. Then when I dropped off the trailer, the same woman did not know how to use the computer to complete the drop-off process.
