I was disappointed as I had asked for blankets and they were not in the truck. I believe I was charged for them and this is quite disappointing.

When I arrived the door was locked and the store was closed. I happened to see someone inside, she came to the door to tell me they were closed that day and took down the hours sign. She explained to me that she was there just as a fluke to meet someone although they were closed due to winter hamptons hours. She was lovely and SUPER helpful. She was able to get her co-worker on the phone to walk her through the uhaul process, and got me my truck. However, they need to remember to update their store hours to ensure someone is there to process the rental. Also, the check engine light was on from when I picked up the vehicle, I was fine but it made me worried
Bethany WThey canceled my reservation when I had a 10 o’clock pick up and I got there at 11:45. The truck was already canceled. Had to take 20 minutes and get another truck.
