I’ve rented from this location serval times before. This was by far my worst experience ever. The customer service rep helping me was very rude and unprofessional. Her was is Miesha I believe. She has red hair. She was training someone when I got there. It took them 30 minutes to get me in a truck. They laughed and joked around with each other while helping me. This added to the delay. She go upset because I asked why were they taking a picture of my ID with an employees personal phone. This seems weird to me. Then she told me I need to give her an emergency contact to ensure I don’t steal the truck. I felt offended by that comment. They proceeded to call the contact as a reference for me. I’ve never gone thru this before with renting anything especially a uhaul truck. When I asked if this was a new policy she told the trainee if anyone questions the policy he doesn’t have to rent to them. Again, very rude. This was the last time I would use this location.

THE 17 FOOT TRUCK I HAD WAS VERY OLD, MADE ALOT OF NOISE WHEN DRIVING. THE GEAR SHIFT JAMMED SEVERAL TIMES AFTER PUTTING THE TRUCK IN PARK. SO I THEN STARTED PUTTING THE TRUCK IN NEUTRAL AND ENGAGE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE INSTEAD OF PUTTING THE TRUCK IN PARK. PLEASE TAKE THIS TRUCK OUT OF SERVICE.

Not enough parking onsite, employees were rude instead of trying to help people find a place to park. I was charged double for my rental then told it would 3 to 5 business days for a refund.

Had a reservation for a trailer..... they didn't have a trailer when I arrived, I had to rent van from them......when they billed my CC they charged me for the trailer and the van!!!!

I will NEVER go to this location again. Unintelligent staff. They gave us a van. It turned out to be the WRONG van. Someone else had our assigned van. So we were charged the other people's 2 day rental plus their mileage, not our 4 hour rental and correct mileage. Total messup! They didn't know how to correct it. The location did NOT put ANY notes to document our return or their screw-up. TO ALL CUSTOMERS, CHECK THE LICENSE PLATE NUMBER, VIN NUMBER, TO BE SURE YOU ARE GETTING THE RIGHT VEHICLE. DON'T TRUST THE EMPLOYEES TO GET IT CORRECT! I'm still waiting for a refund and it is now 3 weeks later. Also ridiculous customer service system. Every time I call to dispute this, the inept manager has 72 hours to respond. I simply want this corrected and I deserve my refund immediately!

Customer service was very poor. Keith was very impersonal. He gave no direction on how to operate vehicle. I had to bring truck back adding extra miles to my reservation. Mikeysha was not attentative to my needs as customer. Nothing was explained The truck engine light was on. Nakiya was indifferent to concerns expressed about day of pickup. She tried to. Charge fir 2 days no matter how I explained there was a delay in pickup from online scheduled time. Was not able to pick up truck until after 11:30pm. Keith said could jeep for 28 hrs without additional charge. I always thought U-Haul was place to go when moving. Not so sure after bad customer service received. The sad part is Zi still had to pay fir this terrible experience.

Under-staffed so very slow even after registering on-line. No blankets/mats were available which were included in the rental. Agreement was from 9 am to 5 pm; yet truck was not available until 10 am. Agrement was modified to 10 am to 6 pm. Location was still trying to charge for an additional day when truck was returned at 6 pm!
