Unable to find keys, keys still in drop box from last renter and vehicle was never reviewed. Vehicle had check engine light and no washer fluid.

MICHAEL JMy reservation was hijacked from another U-Haul location and rescheduled for this location stating a truck was not available which was not true. I verified the next day. I had to go much further out of my way and pay extra mileage. The way the truck was parked during pick up was impossible to get good pics and the lock to get the key took multiple attempts.
