The truck I received had a check engine light on when I picked it up, and the electrical system was extremely sensitive: the ABS would show errors anytime I hit a set of bumps in the road. Also, due to system issues, the cruise control would often fail, which was very unnerving during a stressful cross-country move.

WILLIAM FThe trailer that I picked up was dirty, it was in the parking lot resting on the ground, and when I asked if anybody would help me hook it up, I was told that they did not do that and to call corporate. They didn’t check to see if I had hooked it up properly, to see if the lights worked or if I had put any of the safety chains on correctly.
