I was charged for insurance, even though I declined insurance online. $15. I was charged $27 for 4 gallons of gas. My $30 rental turned into $100 rental. If I don’t hear back from someone, I’m going to leave terrible feedback for this location and for U-Haul in general on every channel possible.
