We called the number clearly written on the front of the building (so big that we didn’t even need to get out of our vehicle which was nice) as we returned the key in the drop box not knowing we were supposed to take photos of the interior when returning the truck. The owner (we are assuming) drove down from the living quarters on the hill above to retrieve it for us. We could tell he had been settled in for the night but he still accommodated us. We so appreciated that!!
JOHN SHave truck at location where the renters is .do not have customers waiting 2 hours trying to pick up truck that was arranged weeks b4 .at end destination have someone at drop of point.again no way of dropping of and very frustrating
alvin kIt took us (3-hrs.) talking to (8) different U Haul employees regarding Contract no. 26254548 which U Haul never processed properly as my copy I printed showed (Confirmed) highlighted in (green) I will never used U Haul again your customer service levels are pathetic !
