It took us (3-hrs.) talking to (8) different U Haul employees regarding Contract no. 26254548 which U Haul never processed properly as my copy I printed showed (Confirmed) highlighted in (green) I will never used U Haul again your customer service levels are pathetic !

Susan SThe person at this location was sick so the store was closed. We called a contact number and Christy assisted us over the phone. The harness from the dolly to the truck was missing and one man helping the owner showed up and helped us figure it out. It did end up good at the end but very stressful when we arrived and no one there to help us. I know it's not the owner's fault but there should be someone to replace him when he is sick.
ROBERT CThe after hour pick-up took a lot longer then expected, had to wait for u-haul to call for reference took 40 min to do this process so after working for 12hrs and having to go threw this I was not to impressed. Also I rented a appliance dolly and it wasnt in the truck so that made the move more difficult. After almost a week Im still waiting for my visa to be adjusted hopefully this gets fixed soon.
Robert TOur pick up location was changed last minute, 30 minute drive to location. No moving blankets or dolly provided as requested.
