Original quoted $1,369.61 went to pick up and truck had check engine light on. Recommended the Commercial Way location. Not only did it cost us a delay, they charged me $138.45 in addition to the original cost to $1508.06. Was told it was noted on our contract that Uhaul would honor original quote yet charged the increase. Now what is your advice to reclaim the additional charge? I would have given a better rate and I would have totally recommended your business to a friend but I feel I was over charged because your equipment was not ready for service.
