I wasn’t aware there was a 1 way drop off fee of $200 …….. I actually had a friend drive me back to town to get a new u haul….of course I’d of just driven the original one back to town . Sigh * I’ll be using another service in the future , customer service rep basically told me too bad you should have known 🤦♂️
Weston MThe location was fine and the salesmen were very nice and helpful. What I am not happy about was the fact that when I came in I found out that I was on a block list that stated not to rent to me or anyone associated with me. I had no idea why, and I was embarrassed. I was very worried that the company was trying to accuse me of damaging the truck that I rented in November. When I called the woman that I spoke with was rude and stated that I had a balance of $85.00 and that they tried to charge my account and that it did not go through. Then she said that they did in fact charge my account on December the 5th. I had no Idea, I never received a notification that anything was owed. I simply returned the truck when it was due back and paid what was quoted to me. Then later that day on December the 8th I finally received a receipt sent to me via text and email. The man that helped me in the store was very kind and professional. I however will never do business with Uhal again. This company embarrassed me, and were very rude.

MICHAEL JThe truck was very dirty when we picked it up. I have pictures from before we even started it. I was also told that I would get refunded for days and mileage not used when I booked, which I never received.
