Impersonal and overcharged.
MICHAEL JI drove the truck 18 miles. I put 10 dollars in gas. They charged me another 9.50 for fuel. I have pictures of when I started and when I finished. It was exactly the same.

Nicholas AI wasn’t aware there was a 1 way drop off fee of $200 …….. I actually had a friend drive me back to town to get a new u haul….of course I’d of just driven the original one back to town . Sigh * I’ll be using another service in the future , customer service rep basically told me too bad you should have known 🤦♂️
