Make sure the truck is available at the location prior to reservations. My initial rental was at another location, mobile pick up. The truck wasn't there, then the location appearantly had bad service, after an hour of going back and forth with representatives, I was transferred to the storage Zone and given a different truck rental. I do appreciate the representatives over the phone they were very patient and kind and helped me get everything rearranged.
