I was not asked about insurance for $15. I only knew about it when I paid a bill that I was not expecting and threatened with reporting non payment after one attempt to I form me of a balance. In the future I would look for a competitor before choosing UHaul.

Richard BThe wiring was faulty and the turn signals kept going out. When I picked up the trailer, no staff came out to ensure proper hook-up, the link to photograph the trailer for U-Haul was not sent to me until after I was already on the road. The only photo taken at pickup was a snapshot of my hutch with the trailer.
