Our U-Haul was clean, ready to use, no damage or anything off putting BUT the location’s lockbox is hard to open. The lock is slightly off so when lining to code up, it will not work, the first 2 letters have to be slightly unaligned with the supposed line in order for the latch to actually unlock and open. It took us about 15 minutes to get it actually opened and trying to perfectly imperfectly line up the code, and our time window was still over at the original time window, unaccounted for the unnecessary time spent on trying to actually open the lock. So the actual U-Haul was great but because of how hard it was to access the key in compartment 1, I would not recommend this location.
