Provide notification when the requested vehicle size is no longer available. - our requested vehicle was no longer available at our original rental location at uhaul neighborhood dealer at elm springs and the put us in a vehicle that was way too big for us. We had to request a transfer to another location, which led us to Uncle Tanks. Provide accurate access code to key lock box to avoid delays for customers picking up outside business hours.

juan rThe lady who was on duty was really nice. Pickup process went smoothly.
ROBERT KIt was raining and the truck had a terrible leak. A lot of my stuff got really wet including some vinyl records and a couple of mattresses and some furniture. I’m disappointed with the upkeep of the vehicle and I don’t know if I will use U-Haul for my next move.
