It was raining and the truck had a terrible leak. A lot of my stuff got really wet including some vinyl records and a couple of mattresses and some furniture. I’m disappointed with the upkeep of the vehicle and I don’t know if I will use U-Haul for my next move.

I was Quoted $448 plus fees. But when I went to pickup the truck they didn’t have what I requested and only had a larger truck which I didn’t need, and charged me a extra $300 dollars
