The pick up was tricky because no one knew what was my reservation. Clerk was clueless. Wasted my pick up time trying to figure out what happened. The drop off was also tricky. The clerks at this location don’t know anything about a black box or code to input to safe keep the keys.

I would recommend cleaning equipment before renting out. Also have uhaul employees check for smoke odors so current renters are being blamed.
