Getting your people who check you in better trained. I'm 66 years old with a bad back and trying to hook up the trailer by myself was not very easy.

The person we dealt with did not know her job and wasn't very interested in learning it. She ended up calling someone who did the work for her. She then said the trailed wasn't in her system and sent us to another location, only to find out the trailer was at the first location. She made us hok up the trailer because she didn't know how to.

Had me back up with the car still on the trailer. I asked if that was ok and he said yes. I shouldn’t have done that per paperwork.
