I have Drop the Truck off on Feb 3rd 26 at 2120 did what the app Said an had to call Uhaul Customer Service on Feb 4th to let them know they Truck was turn in an it was still active. An I had to call in again due to it saying Active. I will not be recommending this Mobile Drop off location at all. What should of Happen is I Drop off click return an it should of said Complete not Active for 2 days.
