I forgot to get the names of both gentlemen that helped me unlock my hitch pin, I was using the wrong key, the right key fell off keychain and other key was very similar. Once I found the right key in my pocket we were able to get the trailer hooked up and I was on the road. Both guys were very patient, professional and helpful. Thank you.
