It would be helpful if someone at the rental location could help with questions. They were not at all helpful but the person I called at uhaul was. It would be nice to have someone at the location to talk to though

The "drop-box" location is a non-obvious hole in a garage door which requires a pendulum motion with your finger tip to swing it.
