According to the website, they take lunch between 1 and 1:30pm. I was there to make my return at 1:30 pm, but no one was available. Called the number for immediate assistance, went to voicemail. By the time I finally went through the online drop off it was after 1:45 pm and still there was no one available. First time rental that has turned into my only rental.
