Posted open hours on website were 9am to 6pm on Saturday. We arrived at 4:15pm on Saturday to drop off the trailer. There were no posted U-Haul parking spaces. U-Haul trucks and trailers were parked throughout this massive industrial area. The door was locked and after ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door multiple times, no staff answered. There were no souls walking in this industrial area at all. As for the return process through the app, it was easy. Park it, take some photos and walk away.
