The pick up process was done by the owner of the location. He added the Safe trip and SafeMove without asking me about them. Also, my reservation was without them because I didn't need them. I am still waiting for someone call me about this issue.

Told my wife I had been to Scary Town. 7 or 8 U-Haul trailers in a parking lot surrounded by bits and pieces of other trucks. No one there for drop off. Middle of a commerce park with 100s of tractor trailers waiting to be loaded. Be forewarned this place is dangerous

RANDLEJAMES MThe location was confusing and hard to locate the office. No body was in the office when I arrived at 2:30 on a Saturday. I had to call and the owner was not on site but out retrieving keys .
