The app did not have an obvious option for after hours return. So, I used a browser on my phone. Halfway through taking pictures of the truck, the website crashed and tried to make me start over from zero. I gave up. It was frustrating.

They were new to it so forgot the key for me and it took an hour to get my U-Haul
