I had trouble with the app, it never did send a text message to me. The gentleman at the location was able to use his computer to complete the rental. (I later got the app to work through email).
Dewain GMy experience using the all for check-in was not great. The photos wouldn’t upload and I found the whole thing frustrating and time consuming on what was otherwise and already stressful moving day for me.
