The location where I picked up, my equipment was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help me get the equipment I needed. My reason for giving a low score is not for them. It is for U-Haul overall. I made an appointment to pick up equipment from a local dealer, and found that they did not have the equipment I needed only after making the reservation I was contacted by U-Haul to see if I could go to another location to pick up when I arrive at that location not only was there no one on site but the equipment that I needed wasn’t even there I was then sent to the second location, which is where I got the equipment. From then on everything went smoothly. The drop off procedure was so easy, the man working there was awesome and very nice. He made things so much easier. I would recommend U-Haul in the future, I guess this was just a fluke as I’ve used them in the past without any trouble
