The telephone service to reserve a truck is bad. Got hanged up 2 time after being rediretec to another person. I got redirected 5 time and the person did not ask me in which city I plan to pick up the truck to he made the reservation in another place and I had to call again to change that. At the place the wrong truck was reserved

I rented a truck from Location St-Hubert, and less then 24 hrs before my move day you sent me a notice to tell me i had to go pickup my truck 40 some kilometers away from my house !!!!, and then once we are going we learn via text message that we have to fill out some web form for the return or else it will cost us $20. If that is what you guys call customer service, then you can count on me on making sure no one I know ever uses your services if they need to be sure and don't have the loose to go pick up their truck and leave their car 40 some kilometers away from wher the contract was originaly ACCEPTED and CONFIRMED by you. IT IS YOUR FREAKIN DUTY TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS OF ALL THE CONDITIONS AND POSSIBILITIES INVOLVED IN RENTING A TRUCK WITH A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENTS.

tires were out of air. wanted to get them blown before taking the truck because this affects the Gaz consumption that we as customers are paying. Both guys at pick-up and drop off looked at me as if i was crazy. Oil also needed to be changed.

The location was closed on the trailer return around 12h30. The trailer was dropped on site as per the attendant instructions that was reached by phone. It is always preferable to have someone to witness the trailer return condition in order to avoid any missunderstood!
