No one was there but it was easy to drop off automatically. Only issue was the drop off locator on the app you had to go closer to the key drop area to get the app to recognize the location and start the process because where you leave the truck was to far from the signal to start the turn in.

This location is only for drop off. There were no personnel to help out if needed. We did not need any help to drop it off. The scheduling manager was not willing to change the drop off location that was closer to our home. I called the location near our house and it was able to take our trailer but with that would be an expense. I was not accommodated a drop off that was feasible.
