The guy wanted me to clean the trailer but it was in the same condition if not cleaner then when j got the trailer. He told me to use the carwash otherwise he will charge me 15 dollars. There's no mud on the trailer. I swept it before returning it. I told him it was even cleaner than when I got it. I ended up power washing the trailer. But still it would be nice if he believed me. The trailer was not dirty. It was just an old looking trailer.

The dealership itself was fine, it was just a bit further than I anticipated to pick up the truck so I needed a ride. I was compensated for this.

TYLER Ihe gentleman at this location was wonderful! He was helpful, courteous and very friendly. He went out of his way to help me get the trailer set up and unhitched. Also, he answered all my questions thoroughly and even offered to contact me if there were any problems. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I had with UHaul in years of renting trucks and trailers. The gentleman at this location (I didn't get his name) should be commended for representing your company so well!
JODY DHad to wait 40 minutes to get my equipment. Employee made a mistake and i had to wait for a refund. Hooked up myself, no employee checked. Light on dolly was not working.
