Very long wait..they added insurance that we declined and took $100 deposit. We have not got either of those payments refunded. They told us that we would be refunded at the drop off point on 320 queen street. No refund after many calls and messages. Unprofessional, bad business
JEFFERY DBe more specific No one told me I had to return by 9:00 am. They said return anytime on 28 th. I returned at 12 as was charge. Wrong and misleading.
