Very difficult to find location Your location was working out of a Kisok at a shell station. No signage to reflect an U haul location The clerk was also running the gas station instead of someone attending my requirements When I received a call to confirm this should of been brought to my attention so I didn't wast time looking for the location

Bad experience it took me one hour to get the truck. I ordered a dolly and the guy came at the end of the pick up and took it off the truck saying you did not order a dolly. Also ordered six blanket wasn’t in the truck. Also, I did not purchase collision waiver but they charged me $16 for that for it.
FARNAS GAbsolute Tom foolery. Said I lost the truck when I dropped it off in the lost as instructed. District manager is an absolute joke with zero professionalism and tried to charge me qb extra day because I dropped it off within the 24 hr time frame but on a holiday, so they checked it in the day after and tried to uo charge me $60. Will never be renting with U-Haul again. An absolute joke
