I had to wait 45 minutes to get to person for check in because they were helping someone with non related U-Haul stuff. Another 30 minutes because the check in person was unfamiliar with U-Haul system. There was broken glass all in the truck I had to sweep out and even though I asked if blankets and dolly I rented were in back of truck and they said yes, when I checked they were not
