DEAN PThis location was fine and I was treated very well. However, I felt scammed by making my reservation online. I made my reservation 3 miles from where I needed my truck, Uhaul called the day before the reservation saying there wasn't a truck available and they changed my pickup location, I agreed not realizing the other location was 19 miles away from the original location and they charged me $1.19 per mile including the extra miles that I had to use to go to the alternate location. The man at this location said he can't change anything on the reservation and I would have to call the phone number on reservation, I called and the woman was very rude and refused to comp me any milage, I asked for a supervisor and she said they would call me within 72 hours, I asked for her name and she hung up on me. the gentleman helping me at this location couldn't believe it and seemed embarrassed. This man also said this happens often. So, $29 for the truck and an extra $45 for the extra miles, I guess this is how they make their money.
