I was really impressed with the professionalism of the Elite employees. I ended up there because the reservation I had with Able Rents sent my reservation to Second Hand Treasure who did not have an employee trained to operate the uhaul system so they could not honor our reservation. I went to Elite and they filled my need immediately. I am thankful because we were on a tight schedule with reservations made along the trip that we couldn't change.
