Given the task of trying to get a truck on time most places that the order was placed could not supply a truck. Sy the scheduler at U-Haul was every helpful and found a place Elite Auto care on Madison street in Starke Fl that had a truck - he took alot of time with me and was very patient as this was planned very early and last minute on one could supply a truck. I was very happy and hope Sy can be acknowledge for going beyond helping me. The guys at Elite was very nice and made the process very easy to pick up and bring the truck back also hope they are acknowledge. I thank everyone for their help.

STEPHANIE SStore was closed when returning. I called to inform Uhaul it would be late it was for my granddaughter and she was having labor pains. The agent at Uhaul said the store is closed so they won't charge anyway. I said thank you! But you charged.
Patricia HIt was closed when I returned the truck but it was an excellent location the last time I returned a truck and I have rented there before.
