The process to get a U-Haul was terrible. The first location forgot to put the keys out for me so i had to call and have my reservation switched to another location. The app is designed poorly. Would not work properly wouldn’t recognize my ID. And when i spoke to representatives over the phone they made me feel like i was trying to commit a crime just for trying to get a rental. You’re rental steps should be better outlined to avoid wasting hours of peoples time. If i would’ve known the process was so tedious i never would’ve rented with you
