the 5' tall door on a 12x6 trailer makes it almost impossible to load. why would someone design something like that?

The U-Haul seat was ripped on the driver seat. Sand was all over the floor inside the cab. The lady in the office screamed at me over the phone when I inquired about the money they owed me for my previous rental. Very unprofessional service. Do not use this facility.
