Needs a bigger parking lot. Other than that it was in and out fast.

I reserved a cargo trailer online for pickup at 5:45 pm. The clerk at the pickup location couldn’t find my reservation. It took 35 minutes, two phone calls to U-Haul (one went unanswered), and us waiting while the clerk had to check out 5 customers (one of whom requested 6 bags of ice, which had to be hand filled from the back of the store) at different intervals throughout the process. Glad to have finally gotten underway, but wow! Never renting a U-Haul from this location again.
