The location did not have the number of moving blankets I requested in my order. The store manager did reduce the charges to just the blankets that were available.

did not have the equipment I had requested and could not find any close by and then it took 20 minutes for him to figure out how to credit me for the equipment that i had paid for but was not available
BRADLEY JEmployee in the location was on a personal FaceTime call the entire time he was attempting to help me. Location was a gas station. He had to stop helping me to ring up other customers twice. Employee kept talking to the woman on his cell phone. Very unprofessional. Truck ended up having a fan that didn’t work, so no heat or AC. Truck also blew a fuse for the trailer lights, which I had to buy fuses at an auto parts store to fix the light problem.
