I reserved a 10 ft truck from the main Panama City Haul location. There was no contact the day prior to confirm anything as promised. Instead i got a text/email that my reservation had been "Updated" to a different truck, at a different location, in a different town! Not only that, but it was to a closed office where i was supposed to figure out "Truck share" on an app i don't have or want. Worst reservation ever.
