For pickup, Representative, was not knowledgeable about completing rental. We have rented from uhaul dozens of times and not had this experience! Representative did not know how to hook up trailer. We had to lift trailer and hookup. When returning trailer, we approached Representative for assistance with drop-off. She said she would help in 5 minutes and she continued cleaning her hotel rooms for another half hour and did not assist us in any way. We had to Unhook trailer and call uhaul to do return. Would not recommend this location to anyone!!!!

michael MWould not recommend uhaul. Even though booking one month in advance, I was called to say the trailer wasn't available less then 12 hrs before pick up. Had to then go to another location 30 mins away and the location wasn't opened. Had to wait 45 mins. Then had to dig out the trailer from the snow bank.
