We were on a 14 hour trip from Pennsylvania to Alabama when 3 1/2 hours into the trip I had issues with my car! Thankfully my husband was with me in his truck. We had to make a couple phone calls to find a close UHaul location who had a car tower! It was 35 minutes away & it’s was 4:45, the location closed at 5:00 & it was a Friday. The owner/operator of this location gave us the towing equipment we needed, allowed us to run into a Walmart to pickup the things we needed & we arrived 35 minutes past closing! She was so helpful, waited over for us & was the Sweetest lady! After a yucky day it was nice to have an Awesome Experience! Thank you so much! ❤️
