The brakes were very bad, screeching and crunching sounds anytime any pressure was applied. It looked like the front passenger side wheel was about to fall off. The dolly in the back was only held in place by the plastic seal. The nut was not attached and that made the dolly break free cracking the plastic seal because it had nothing else to hold it in place.

The lady that worked in the place was very rude!!!!! I understand that with the Covid-19 going on we must all take extra precautions but the way she handled business today was unprofessional. 1st she stopped me at the door and stated that I could not enter and she would have to do everything while I stood outside the business door. So basically I stood on the porch while she was inside sitting at a desk. We were over 6 feet from one another and I could barely hear what she was saying because she sat a desk on the other side of the room. 2nd she brought the keys to the door and told me to go to the truck, she didnâ€™t even do a walk through with me. She didnâ€™t show me how to open the back door of the truck or even asked if I had any questions about the operation of the truck. When I returned the truck I was having problems checking in on my phone so I asked for her help she said they were not allowed to check me in, I found that hard to believe because I just rented a truck from the same location last Sunday and that worker helped me. My experience today with this worker was horrible. Having her represent the U-Haul company is bad!!!! Her customer service was poor and unprofessional and because of her I would never use that location again!!!!!

The online pickup and return was not easy. My drivers license was previously scanned, but had to scan again. The app closed before I was finished. Upon return of the vehicle it would not accept the mileage. Kept giveing an error say the mileage I was entering was less than what it was at pickup. I scheduled to pick up at 5:45 and my scheduled time was changed.

The van had not been washed , the inside was good , I ended up having to rent this van for 2 more days and when I brought it back I put more fuel in it than when I picked it up , I also washed it and cleaned the inside really well , well I feel like I'm being over charged because my bill after I turned it in was $170 and change I think ( I have a screenshot ) and now I'm being charged even more and the bill is $235 I only went 107 those 3 days i had it , they havemt even contacted me .I left a review about this and I guess I don't matter !

I understand vehicles break down, but don't charge me for multiple days of use when the truck broke down after 1/2 day. Now I have engine coolant in my driveway that I have to deal with...
I would recommend more detailed explanation of the rental periods. Also the truck I rented had so many damages that it was almost impossible to walk over the vehicle and not miss one. It was like playing Whereâ€™s Waldo.

The after hours drop off via your phone sucks because it would not register my location and I have a note 10plus and good service and my location was on...so I called the customer service number and basically they just said well to avoid additional charges make sure you call drop off location in the morning...wth you mean...I made sure I took plenty of pictures and recorded my phone call. Thankfully all went well and the location checked it in for me the next morning...but what if I had to work and was not allowed to use my phone in the morning??? Think there needs to be both the new way of phone check in and the good ol fashion way of talking to a human...

Rent here frequently. Didn't check the equipment in the locked truck this time because I was in a rush and it has never been an issue. Apparently, the previous renter used the dolly and so I was charged for it. Uhaul's process should be able to get that right. Never had a problem with Uhaul before - managers must not be on the ball at this location.
Don't do rentals during lunch hour and tell them to come after lunch when returning. That hour is an additional day charge.
I was charged for an extra day. I have gone to this location on two separate occasions. I have spoken with the area manager. I was promised a refund. Itâ€™s now February and this still has not been resolved. Would I recommend this place never! Margaret Liddell email@example.com

Excellent service. However, every time I go, the printer does not seem to be working well and usually takes an average of 5 minutes or so before it will print out the contract.
It would be helpful if I had known that I had to provide an alternate number and that person would be called right away. Fortunately that person was with me and could answer the phone. Otherwise, things went as planned.
