I will make sure I never use u haul ever again. I will also make sure I let everyone know the terrible experience my fiance' and I had. We lost everything because the moving van was stolen and U haul did nothing to help recover any of our belongings. Furthermore, Uhaul sends us a bill for $700.00 because their van was stolen with our belongings? They ought to be paying us. It's a shame. We lost everything. This has created a major inconvenience. Their van was recovered, but none of our goods were. When we inquired about getting any of our belongings back, they were extremely rude and very insensitive about the matter. We will now seek legal counsel to be compensated for our lost goods.
