Very poor English, did not know how to use the system, had to cancel my reservation and start a new reservation to select mobile pick up, the app was stuck and I had to call your support line, truck was also in a snow bank with 2 ft of snow on it, no snow brush in the truck, had to use my personal one. Also windshield washer fluid was still summer as it continued to freeze when using it
MARC LI was called twice by U-Haul department about a wrong drop off location that was supposed to be looked after when I booked. Transferred 3 times on the phone before there was someone capable of proper communication. They then looked after the issue accordingly. Not a good experience overall
COLSEN BThe trailers hitches are in the ground with no jacks or stands and you have to left them off the ground. This is not okay.
