In this location they not understand what is destination printed in u-haul document. That location my location but that person said that is my drop off location. That person want to avoid my drop off in that location. No customer friendly. Very poor service.

The only thing I can think of is to have more staffing. We were there on a Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m., and with two people in front of us in line, it took a while for each of us to be checked in and to pick up our truck. If at all possible, maybe one more additional clerk in the morning to help the line go faster?

The truck I got was ancient. The breaks hardly worked and the representative was not helpful at all. This was my second service in last 2 months and both them were below average experience.

The person that rented the truck to is was quite rude. The inability to park at the facility is a major drawback especially for a business that rents out vehicles and people arrive in by car. We were curtly told to park on the street, where there was no place to park nearby. I have a disability so parking far away is a tremendous inconvenience.

Need more than one person at the desk,there was along line,because there’s only one person doing at the counter.Then she have to go out to the truck/van/pick up for inspection.But,otherwise it went well.



Tell them exactly how much you will pay. Don't understand why I paid 2x.

The guy locked up early, before 5pm and was clueless on filing complaints about the Santa Cruz office. He said he never heard of a complaint form.

Picking up a reserved truck was slow. The computers are generally down and causing delays. Returning the truck was worse; it appeared only one person was working. There were ~10 trucks in the return aisle when I pulled in (which was to the street)... other return trucks quickly parked behind me. There was no attendant in the yard. There was no indication if a customer could return a truck via dropping keys. Overall; disappointed.

The customer service person who helped me was super friendly and helpful. The credit card reader wasn't working on his computer, so he quickly switched to another to finish the transaction. He was very thorough, taking me out to the van and doing a full walk-around with me. Drop-off was quick and easy, and I wasn't charged for anything I didn't use. Thank you so much!

The representative assisting me was very understanding of the situation and helped to correct my miles issue. The only comment I have about this location, is that during the drop off there’s a sign that says wait here to receive service. As I waited to receive service from a representative i noticed other customers parked behind me going into the store to receive expedited service before me. Please don’t have a sign saying to wait by your equipment if it means nothing.

I couldn’t use two different credit cards to pay for my rental, they made me wait more than 5 minutes to pay for my rental. When is it more important to park your trucks then to help your customers? I don’t get people! You are ready to pay and they make you wait. Someone explain it to me. Also why I am not allowed to use two different credit cards? Next time I need to use a rental service I know it won’t be uhaul.



The associate who helped me when I picked up the truck was extremely knowledgeable and professional
