Location was crowded and understaffed. Lot did not have room for customer cars. Staff was kind and helpful despite long wait times. I reserved my vehicle online while in line to save time at the counter. I think it should be recommended others do the same.

Wait is too long to get truck. Extremely inefficient. Could not do the online process to make the wait shorter. And that would not have helped since the person in line behind us did this and had to wait just as long. Please make Cargo Vans available for one-way rental.

The mobile check in was super easy. Loved the ease of renting. The only thing that I struggled with was the hand brake and how to operate it; it was on left side bottom of the van that I rented. Otherwise, awesome experience.

Clowns working the front desk. I get it, minimum wage job on a Friday night, but COME ON. I'm talking about Lenny Kravitz and Fat Albert specifically. Took forever, rude and dismissive, and gave me a broken furniture dolly. (Pics available if desired). When I returned with the broken dolly, Lenny Kravitz said he'd comp the 9 additional miles I needed to drive back for a new dolly. Surprise, he didn't. When I got to my drop-off destination I was 7 miles over, and there was no note on the account. The awesome dude at Sacramento understood my plight and made it right.

Believe it or not. It took us more than an hour to pickup the truck that we reserved online. Only 2 customers were before us. But they didn't reserve on line. I totally understand that they need time to choose the truck. But I'd suggest having a separate line for those who already reserved already to just pick up the keys. When we get the key, we noticed the mileage and the gas level were not recorded correctly. So we had to restart all over again. The guy who helped us was nice though. The air conditioner in the truck smells. The truck AC filter need to be replaced. Other than that, the truck works great!

I completed all the forms to reserve a truck. I was unable to get the online form to light up the terms and conditions section. I tried several ways and it still didn't work. When I arrived at the office prior to the scheduled time I learned my reservation had been cancelled. The clerk had to enter the same information several times due to problems with the software. Instead of having a quick check in I ended up spending 45 minutes there. U haul is a big enough to maintain its website for its customers.

I accidentally left my tie down strap in the back of the vehicle that I rented and less than 24 hours later I returned to claim them and they're mysteriously missing! Not good!

I am extremely UPSET!! The truck blew a back tire. The truck shook and resulted in much damage to the furniture inside!!! The driver was stuck in an area on highway 5 in California with no cellphone service. When they did arrive to a location where they could phone, they were put on hold for over 2 hours!! I indeed phoned from San Diego and was on hold for over 3 hours. Finally I chatted on the Uhaul website and the operator provided me with a link to get roadside service. It was over 4 hours since the incident occurred until they were on their way again. They had to rent a hotel room as it was too long for them. I therefore request a phone call from a senior manager in UHaul. I want restitution for the damage to the furniture and was reimbursement for the hotel room and other charges. 9:30AM appointment, when I arrived there, was told the truck has not been returned....they could call me earlier and the appointment was postponed to 3:30 pm.....

Hello, Cass has waited on us before with a truck return. He is very professional and helpful, and goes beyond the required tasks. I would like to commend the staff at the Sunnyvale U-Haul Facility. We had a VERY difficult move, with heavy traffic, temperatures in the high 90's and delays actually being able to move things into our home. It was so nice to be able get some quick, friendly service- both when we picked up the truck and dropped it off.

Wait time was long and then I had to park my car in the nearby Starbucks and walk all the way back and forth. You have plenty of space for parking and should be able to solve it for your hourly customers, even if it means having a smaller inventory or trucks to rent. Without this change, I am not coming back and would rather rent it from a subsidery of yours that allows me to park there and the wait time in the line is zero. Otherwise, the truck and the staff helping me were great.

I told the guy and pointed to tha moving truck i wanted to rent the guy put down i wanted a regular van not true and it took me twice as long and had to pay alot more than i would have with the one i wanted.it would have cost me 48.00 ended up costing me 80.00 thats messed up when someone is stressed from moving that did not help at all.
