Vehicle was inspected in front of us for 2-3 mins. It was dirty when we got it. The lady told us that the vehicle was not sanitized/cleaned before giving the vehicle. I think this might be specific to this location.

Cynthia MThe APP doesn't provide instructions on where to find the "location barcode" so I had to run around the block to look for it. It would be nice if the APP just tell me the location barcode is located on the truck
Hengzhi YThe attendant booked a 1 day 100 mile rental after asking how many will I be driving to which I said 15. This location is a total scam, avoid it at all costs. They have a contract that is a mile long which makes it impossible to figure out what they are charging you until it is too late. I thought I wa paying 19.99 instead I got charged $146
