not sure you can do anything about the moving van being 10 hrs late when i drove 2.5 hrs to get it and had to sit there and wait. head light on passenger side was about to fall off the truck pretty sad seeing as i had to drive in the dark because was such a late pick up. not a good experience

Shaun OHave the units cleaned if they aren’t brought back that way. Uhaul charges a fee but then the next customer has to deal with it. What a scam and what a joke!
