This trailer had multiple problems- connection for lights was loose, causing one to be out, the straps to hold the car on we're badly frayed, one of the fenders had to be zip tied on by us because it was coming off. UHaul should not be renting equipment in this state. This is the second tow dolly we've rented that's been unsafe, it's a disgrace.
