This address was a Pizza store with other cooked food for sale. I walked by the location 3 times until I saw the small sign in the lower left of the window "U-Hall". I was going to walk out but the fellow was polite but I suspected things will not go well as he is dedicated to food sales, his store. I retuned the vehicle 2 hours later and fill the gas tank - but the fellow asked me if he can complete the transaction later - he had food customers standing at the counter - he look busy but not with anything related to my U-Hual transaction and he asked me to leave and he will send an email completing the transaction - so I had to Trust him that the billing will be completed - that completion did not occur! And I got an text from U-Haul that me rental vehicle was "not returned"!! Imagine my Surprise! I will not recommend U-Haul to a friend. Thank you for completing my transaction for me, two days late though.
